Your booking, payment and storage details are handled through the Keep My Luggage platform, while the physical storage service is provided by the local Storage Host selected for your reservation.

Whether you arrive before hotel check-in, have several hours after check-out or simply want to explore a destination without carrying suitcases, Keep My Luggage gives you a straightforward way to reserve temporary luggage storage.
Search Your Destination
Start by searching for luggage storage in the city or area where you need it. The platform shows available Storage Hosts based on factors such as location, availability, operating hours, capacity and the details of your intended storage period.
Choose a Storage Host
Compare the available options and choose the Storage Host that best fits your travel plans. Before booking, you may see the general area, approximate map position, price, opening hours and other information that helps you decide whether the location is convenient.
Book and Pay Online
Select your date, planned storage period and number of bags, then complete the booking through the Keep My Luggage platform. The price applicable to your reservation is shown before payment so you can review the details before confirming the transaction.
Receive Your Booking Details
Once payment is successfully completed and the Booking is confirmed, you receive your Booking Reference or QR code together with the information required to use the selected Storage Location. Where the precise address is intentionally protected before booking, the exact location details are provided as part of the confirmed reservation.
Drop Off Your Luggage
Arrive at the Storage Host during the applicable operating hours and present your Booking Reference or QR code when requested. The Host verifies the reservation, accepts the luggage according to the applicable procedure and stores it until you return.
Explore and Collect Later
Enjoy the city without carrying your luggage and return to the same Storage Host within the booked period and opening hours. Present the required booking information when collecting your bags so the Host can verify that the luggage is being returned to the correct Traveller.

The most convenient luggage storage location is not always simply the point closest to where you are standing at the moment. Think about where you will be before dropping off your bags, where you intend to spend your time and where you need to travel after collecting them.
A Storage Host near a city centre, railway station, bus terminal, accommodation area or major visitor district may be useful depending on your itinerary. Opening hours are equally important, because you must be able to return and collect your luggage before the selected location closes.

Why Is the Exact Address Sometimes Hidden?
Some Keep My Luggage Storage Host addresses are intentionally protected before a confirmed Booking. Before booking, the Platform may show the city, approximate area or approximate map position so you can decide whether the location is suitable without publicly exposing the Storage Host’s precise address and contact details.
Once your Booking has been successfully confirmed, the information necessary to reach the Storage Host is provided through your booking details.
Your Confirmation Is the Key to the Storage Service
Your Booking Reference and QR code identify the reservation made through Keep My Luggage. Keep this information available when travelling to the Storage Location and when returning to collect your bags.
The Storage Host may require the Booking Reference, QR code or other reasonable booking information before accepting or returning luggage. This helps ensure that storage activity is connected to a valid reservation and that luggage is released to the appropriate person.

The Keep My Luggage network is designed to expand through suitable local businesses, making luggage storage available in areas where travellers actually need it.
What to Expect When You Arrive
Go to the confirmed Storage Location during the applicable opening hours and have your Booking Reference or QR code ready. The Storage Host may verify the number of bags and relevant booking details before accepting the luggage.
Your luggage should be reasonably closed, suitable for storage and free from prohibited or dangerous items. Keep passports, essential medication, payment cards, cash and other belongings that you may need urgently with you where practical.
Returning for Your Bags
Return to the Storage Host before the end of your booked period and before the business closes. Have the Booking Reference or QR code available if requested so the Host can verify the collection.
If you expect to be late, contact the Storage Host where permitted or Customer Support as soon as possible. Do not assume that a Storage Host can remain open outside its published operating hours.

Do I have to book online?
Keep My Luggage is designed around confirmed online Bookings. Availability should not be assumed merely because a Storage Host appears on the Platform, and the Host may require a valid Booking Reference or QR code before accepting luggage.
Can I book for only a few hours?
Yes, luggage storage can be useful for relatively short periods. The practical storage period available depends on the booking options and operating hours of the selected Storage Host.
Can I add additional bags when I arrive?
Additional bags are subject to capacity and should not be assumed to be covered by the existing reservation. Where necessary, the Booking should be amended or an additional reservation made through the Platform.
What if my plans change?

What if I cannot find my Storage Host?
Use the exact location information supplied with your confirmed Booking rather than relying only on the approximate pre-booking map marker. If you still cannot find the location, contact Customer Support and provide your Booking Reference.
