Add Your Bags and Dates
Enter the number of bags you want to store together with the applicable storage dates and times. These details allow the Platform to calculate the price and determine whether any available quantity or multi-day discount applies.
Review Your Total
The applicable price is displayed before payment. Where your Booking qualifies for a discount under the pricing rules currently applicable to that Storage Host, the eligible discount is calculated automatically as part of the booking process.
Automatic Booking Discounts
Eligible Keep My Luggage Bookings can receive automatic discounts based on the number of bags being stored, the number of storage days or other promotional pricing rules made available through the Platform. You do not need to enter a promotional code where an automatic discount applies.
Quantity Discounts
Travelling as a couple, family or group may qualify your Booking for a quantity discount when the number of bags reaches an applicable discount threshold. Where available, the Platform automatically determines the highest eligible quantity-discount level and applies it during the price calculation.
Multi-Day Discounts
Keeping your luggage in storage for more than one day may qualify the Booking for a multi-day discount. Where a Storage Host has multi-day pricing enabled, the Platform determines the applicable discount according to the length of the reservation and includes it automatically in the displayed Booking Price.
Calculated Automatically
Where more than one discount could potentially apply, the Platform calculates the discount in accordance with the pricing configuration applicable at the time of Booking, including any rules governing whether discounts may be combined and any maximum total discount permitted for a reservation.
Pricing Based on Your Booking
Keep My Luggage operates a network of independent Storage Hosts across different markets, which means that the price of luggage storage does not necessarily have to be identical at every location. Your applicable Booking Price is determined using the pricing rules associated with the Storage Host and the details entered when making your reservation.
The amount presented during the booking process should therefore be treated as the relevant price for the specific Storage Location, storage period and quantity of luggage selected at that time rather than as a universal tariff applicable to every Keep My Luggage location.

How Automatic Discounts Are Applied
Discount eligibility is determined automatically using the pricing and promotional rules configured for the relevant Storage Host or Booking at the time the reservation is created. A particular discount displayed or available for one Storage Location, destination, date, storage duration or quantity of luggage should not be interpreted as an undertaking that the same discount will be available for another Booking.
Where quantity discounts are enabled, different discount thresholds may apply according to the number of bags included in the Booking. Where multi-day discounts are enabled, different discount thresholds may apply according to the duration of the reservation. If more than one discount is potentially applicable, the Platform applies the discount-combination rules configured for the relevant service, which may provide for the highest applicable discount to be used instead of combining multiple discounts or, where expressly enabled, may permit eligible discounts to be applied sequentially subject to a maximum total discount.
Any applicable discount is calculated against the eligible storage-service amount in accordance with the pricing rules in effect at the time of Booking. Certain fees, protection charges, additional services or other amounts may be excluded from discount calculations where stated during the booking process. The final amount presented for review before payment is the amount applicable to the Booking unless the reservation is subsequently modified in a manner that results in a recalculation of the price.
Book What You Actually Need
The price of your Booking applies to the luggage quantity and storage period included in the confirmed reservation. If you arrive with additional bags that were not included in the Booking, the Storage Host is not required to accept those additional items unless sufficient capacity is available and any additional storage requirement is properly added or booked through the Platform.
If your plans change and you need your luggage to remain in storage for longer than originally booked, any extension is subject to the Storage Host’s availability, operating hours and the applicable booking conditions. Additional storage time may result in an additional charge.

Not for automatic quantity or multi-day discounts. Where your Booking qualifies under the applicable rules, the Platform calculates the eligible discount automatically without requiring you to enter a promotional code.
Will I see the final price before paying?
Yes. The applicable Booking Price is presented during the booking process before payment is completed so that you can review the relevant amount before confirming the transaction.
